Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
